• Prepare materials and support Manager in business reviews
• Prepare reports before each line presentation
• Support assortment editing process with assortment grid build up
• Prepare assortment lists for monthly website maintenance, VM guidelines and catalogues
• Track assortment and deletion strategy with assortment info update in system
• Support Manager in sample set-up for meetings / events requiring products, including sample needs for Market Research
• Support preparation of Product Intro book and product training material
• Follow up on product quality issue handling
• Arrange communication to retail team on floor set, collection of feedbacks and price change
