PointerBP成立于2008年，总部位于荷兰阿姆斯特丹。公司致力于为世界著名品牌，包括奢饰品，时装，日用化工，医疗器械等多种行业提供领先的线上，线下多方位，一体化的品牌保护策略，并根据品牌自身的特点，定制品牌保护方案，对来自电商平台，社交媒体，独立网站以及应用程序商店等渠道的知识产权侵权问题进行溯源，整合，并进行有效打击，维护品牌合法权益。

职责描述：
-与品牌方知识产权保护部门对接，充分了解品牌自身的IP保护策略以及需要解决的问题。
Liaise with brand owner’s IP department, deeply understand their IP protection strategy and the existing problems.
-充分利用内部数据库系统和外部工具，收集，整理，分析相关产品在不同渠道的分布现状，问题以及未来的趋势。
Collect, sort and analyze the data of relevant products with the help of the internal database and outsource tools to learn the product situation, existing or potential problems and the trends.
-根据掌握的信息，为客户提供合理可行的品牌保护策略。经授权后，为相关产品的知识产权侵权维权提供支持。
Tailor the brand protection strategy for the client with the client. Act on behalf of the client and enforce against IP infringements when authorized by the client.
-解答客户有关知识产权侵权及品牌保护的问题。
Answer the related IP infringement or brand protection questions raised by the client.
-与电商平台，社交媒体，搜索引擎等建立高质量的合作关系，共同应对知识产权侵权问题。
Build high-level cooperation with e-commerce platforms, social media platforms, search engine etc. to efficiently hit IP infringements.
-了解行业动态，侵权演变形式及相关法律法规的更新等。
Have a good understanding of the brand protection area, the changing IP infringements, and legal updates.

任职要求：
-本科及以上学历，知识产权法相关专业优先考虑
Bachelor’s degree or above, IP law background is a plus.
-英语表达流利，能以英语为工作语言
Good command of English and can use English as the working language.
-能熟练使用MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook等日常办公软件
High-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and other tools.
-欢迎优秀应届毕业生加入，有品牌保护工作或实习经验者优先考虑
Fresh graduate is welcome, while the trackable BP working experience or internship is a plus.
-工作有条理，主次有序，主观能动性强
Well organized and proactive in work.
-善于沟通交流，能够倾听客户需求
Good at communication and can well understand the client’s needs.
